Your GPS Surgical Team
The GPS surgical team is led by Specialists. The team consists of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and Medical Physicians with 4-6 additional years of training. These elite dental/medical experts reconstruct faces and jaws. They are called in to fix extreme cases and trauma. The GPS Surgical Doctors have treated over 20,000 patients, many referred to GPS by over 300 local dentists.
GPS Surgical Assistants are highly trained in the GPS implant bridge system. The surgical assistants will be with you throughout your procedure.

Dr. Baker’s focus is full-mouth dental implant restorations. However, he is one of the only surgeons in the country to offer surgical Arthroscopy of the TMJ.

Dr. Clark’s areas of research include mandible fracture epidemiology and radiographic pathology.

Sebastian East DDS
Dr. East was born in South Africa. He’s lived in Dubai, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Venezuela, and Canada. While training, he served as Chief Resident at Memorial Hermann Hospital, the busiest Level 1 trauma hospital in the country, as well as 5 other major hospitals.
Dr. East, who is fluent in Spanish, led medical and dental missions to Central and South America performing cleft lip and palate reconstructions.
Dr. East is a Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

William Noh, DDS, MD
With advanced training in oral and maxillofacial surgery, Dr. William Noh is known for his calm precision and meticulous approach to full-arch care. His ability to simplify complex cases helps patients feel confident, understood, and completely supported.
Dr. Noh’s focus is on full-mouth dental implant restorations and excels in advanced surgical procedures, particularly in the areas of TMJ disorders and osteosynthesis. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and was the recipient of the National Resident Award.

Pouya Vakilian DMD, MD
Dr. Vakilian has advanced specialty experience in dental implant treatment and facial trauma cases. He has co-authored a dozen research papers, including topics related to oral surgery, dental treatment for cancer patients, and treatment of TMJ for children, and is a serial presenter at the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. GPS Dental Assistants start your journey in the GPS Smile Style appointment by capturing important data and facial scans. They work with you to design your smile and ensure the best aesthetic outcome.
David Rusthoven DMD, MS, DABP
Dr. David Rusthoven is a maxillofacial prosthodontist with over 15 years of experience. He earned the rank of Commander in the United States Navy and served as Chairman of the Dental Implant Board at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD and Naval Medical Center San Diego. He also served as the Deputy Director for Dental Services at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Dr. Rusthoven heads all laboratory operations at Dental Implants GPS.
He is Board-Certified and holds Diplomate status from the American Board of Prosthodontics.
